CTE transmits manifest

with industry standards. Information is moved swiftly and

Integrated
Bar-code Technology |

CTE uses Bar-coded stickers on
the Bills of Lading during each pick-up. These bar-coded
numbers are integrated with the Document Imaging, Real Time

Real Time Freight
Tracing, Management Information and Decision Making
System
Our customers can trace the movement of their freight
through our system from the time we are notified by
phone or otherwise of a pickup to the dispatching,
pickup, arrival to our terminal and finally being
released to their destinations. They also have access to
proof of delivery (POD) information. Access to this
information is completely confidential by a special
security system that allows each user to access the
information that belongs to her/him only. |

Access Paperwork Instantly
CTE deployed a
state-of-the-art image storage, retrieval and workflow
processing system since the beginning of 2003. Documents
are digitized and stored in our imaging system. The
digitized documents are electronically routed through
various departments for processing. Documents are
permanently stored in our imaging servers and made
available:
a) Internally, by our employees, for simultaneous
viewing, faxing, emailing or printing.
b) Externally on the internet for our customers who wish
to view and/or print any original B/L. Every customer
has secured access to his/her documents. |
